Hello, my name is Damian Caballero, I am in team 8-4, and I really really love Halloween and this is why.

Halloween is the one time that it is socially acceptable to go door to door asking strangers for candy yelling three infamous words,”Trick or Treat.”It is also the only time it is socially acceptable to hand candy to multiple kids.

Although most people think that free candy is the best part of Halloween, I think that the best part of Halloween is the costumes. You can be anyone from anything if you put in the effort. I feel like when you’re making your costume; you get to really unleash your creativity because there is almost infinite amounts of ways to make your costume. I really love to make costumes and make fake cuts using liquid latex and fake blood.

Back to candies and such, I know where people come from when they say that candies are the best part of Halloween. Whether it’s almond joy, mound,snickers or even Tootsie Rolls people love to eat sweets. Last year during Halloween, one of my friends got so much candy it almost lasted him the whole year, but the only reason why he got so much was because he went to multiple neighborhoods with multiple bags. It took time. 

We all have our opinions about Halloween, and we also have our discussions about what to do and what’s the best part of Halloween, but one thing we can all agree on is that Halloween is one of the best holidays you cans celebrate no matter who you are or how old you are, it’s always fun.
