Music is apart of everyone’s life from babies to adults. Whether you sing it or just listen. It’s been around for as long as anyone can remember. There’s so many different types and styles of music. For example pop, country,jazz, and rap that’s just a couple of them.

Music can help with anything like depression and it can improve their moods. It can also help with patients with serious medical illnesses such as cancer,burns,and multiple sclerosis who are depressed. It may be able to help them and loved ones to experience a more positive mood. .

Listening to music can instantly put you into a good mood. Music can also help with your health. Research has been found that listening to music can help you with chronic back pain. People found group therapy such as art and music therapy are most useful. Listening to music on a regular basis helps our bodies relax mentally and physically.

If you listen for about 25 minutes everyday for at least ten days you can help prevent back pain and it will help you get better sleep. Music can help improve your workouts. how? It boost your mood and can distract you from any uncomfortable experience while working out.

I was reading that music can help with people who suffer from memory loss. It can help them remember songs and they can get in touch with their past. It’s because the part of the brain which processes  music is located next to memory. Research shows that people with memory loss respond best to music of their choice. Music is so powerful!
