Personal View: Volunteering at animal shelters helpful

March 27, 2018
When you think about puppys what do you think about. Cute, fluffy, cuddly, soft, etc, that’s what you were probably thinking right? Now think about a shelter. Dark, scary, unfair, harsh conditions. That’s probably what you were thinking. Well you’re not wrong.
Some shelters are scary, dark and discussing. There is over 3.2 million animal shelter in the united states alone. There’s a few different kind of animal shelters. There’s 3 main shelters, the animal humane society, kill shelters, and local animal shelters.
The animal human society is for all animals ranging from house pets to wild animal. The Human society need the most help. The human society houses over 23000 animals each week. The human society has to euthanize over 2.6 million animals each year. You can save all these animals. You can help save by going to https://secure.aspca.org/donate/donate?ms=wb_top_donate&initialms=wb_top_donate&pcode=WEBMEMBER&lpcode=WEBGUARD and donate to help out and give these animals a second chance. I haven’t got the opportunity to volunteer at a humane society yet. You have to be sixteen in order to volunteer or if your younger you need a parent, guardian, or someone 16 or older.

I really like the choice in words, and the way that you explain how volunteering at animal shelters is helpful.
