As mostly everyone knows, the Golden State Warriors won the NBA 2018 Finals, but ever since the refs were making tough calls, people have been asking one question, “Was it rigged?” I will show you the facts that will prove that the 2018 NBA Finals were in fact, rigged.

The first and most important thing were the actual players. In the 2018 NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors had almost all of their roster, including Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, and Javale Mcgee, at the ready to knock the Cavaliers dead. Also, the starting line up includes 4 All-stars and 2 MVPs, while the Cleveland Cavaliers consisted of a starting lineup of Lebron James, George Hill, J.R. Smith, Larry Nance Jr, and Kevin Love, which, looks good on paper, but their morale was insanely low.

The second and most controversial thing were the refs. The referees this season were extremely rough on the Cleveland Cavaliers, which is the reason most people think that this series was rigged.  And yes, you could make an argument on the 1st and 3rd game, but any other game in the season were as perfect as they could be, and so were the Warriors.

“It was probably rigged, but it’s a business, you should expect that from them,” said Tristen Rodriguez, “I’m still kind of mad though.”

But some other people weren’t so chill about it. “That was literally the worst thing they could’ve done,” said Joshua Dugger, “I might stop watching the finals because of this, or even the playoffs!”
