Mrs. Rodriguez is a seventh grade science teacher at Dobie Junior High and goes above and beyond with each of her students to ensure that they are successful.

When I was in seventh grade I always looked forward to her class because seeing her was the best part of my day. Her smile lights up a room and she can always find a way to put you in a good mood. She shows concern for all of her students and always knows how to make them feel better if they are feeling down.

When I first started 7th grade I didn’t like science and it was the only core class that was failing. With help from Mrs. Rodriguez I learned to love science and my grade drastically increased after getting help from her. Without her assistance  I would have never liked science as much as I do today, and would most likely have a below average grade in science class currently.

Although I don’t see Mrs. Rodriguez everyday anymore, she is still an excellent role model not only for me but any and all of her students. She has had a huge impact on my life and I can only hope to be as successful, beautiful, and sophisticated as her when I get older.

Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. You will always be in my heart and I will never forget you.
