The definition of caring is displaying kindness and concern for others, but I define it as Mrs. Wetz. She cares about people in an educational level and a personal way.

After I went to the counselor, Mrs. Wetz had went out of her way to ask how I was doing and told me if I ever needed to talk to someone I could always talk to her. When she told me that I felt like I could always rely on her.

When it came to grades Mrs. Wetz would give me and my peers extra time if we hadn’t finished our work. She was firm about work but is more calm and relaxed when it was time to put down our pencils and take a break.

That is why I am thankful for Mrs. Wetz.  If I had the choice of being able to have a teacher that I already had I would choose Mrs. Wetz.
