Dear Editor:

               “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

That is the first amendment and i strongly agree with that because this is America is the most free country in the whole world that is what i have believed all of my life. The fact that trump is trying to take that away from America is so dumb that is what has be going on recently.  I also want to mention freedom of religion in the United states of America that is a extremely important thing even though nobody is trying to take it away from us most countries don’t have it they only have one religion that everyone has to worship. Also freedom of speech with i feel like is being shut down by school and multiple other things by saying you can’t say certain words. I understand the rule in school no threatening people because people across the world have to face problems like terror attacks and many other things, but the no cursing rule is dumb like some of those words are a part of the english dictionary. There are two parts of of the first amendment that get extremely violated every single day that’s freedom of press and freedom of speech but then again who am i to talk i’m just a 13 year old kid who doesn’t know what i’m talking about at least that what all the adults think but i keep on going no matter what i don’t care what people think or say about me  have friends that will be there for me till the day we day and that is what keeps me going. The first amendment is something i use every single day i didn’t even know that till last year but know i do and i think about it every day.
