Dear Editor,
The First Amendment “Constitution of United States of America” is generally understood to prevent the government from interfering with the distribution of information and opinions.
It honestly feels like President Donald Trump is trying to change that right and the rules of what journalist are doing and if they are telling the truth or not.
If he really doesn’t know who it is and if they are telling the truth, he shouldn’t do anything unless he has proof of what the lies are mostly because they might not actually be lying, he could of lied about what he was saying or he said something bad that is not good for his reputation as our president of the United States!!!!!
In the United States is subject to certain restrictions, for example, barriers to information access and constraints caused by public hostility to journalists.
The right to publish newspapers, magazines, and other printed matter without governmental restriction and subject only to the laws of libel, obscenity, sedition, etc.
That is the definition of freedom of the press and if he is trying to change that, well that is wrong because freedom of the press is part of the dictionary and then you would have to change probably million of dictionary and that takes down more trees and that is not good for anyone and the animals that are living in the trees and all of that just comes right back to him just because he did not like a couple of journalists facts and some lies!!!!!
If i were Donald Trump, I would talk to the editors that are lying and I would see what there notes are and if he finds the proof that their information is absolutely false, I would revoke their permit of interviewing people, and their ability to publish anything.
Do not change anything on behalf of someone’s wrongs because that might take away people’s houses if they cant find another job!!!! He needs to think about others and what he might be changing to the world and that effects everyone and not just himself.
