My Amazing Summer

Hello my name is Micaiah Hubbard I am a 7th grader at Dobie Jr. High School and I am going to tell you about my summer.My summer started with going to Hooks,TX for my cousins graduation.It made me feel proud because she has always been one of my role models and to see her graduate was unbelievable.She is going to texas state with a four year scholarship.I definitely want to be like her when it’s time for me to go to college.I really want to follow in her footsteps.

The next exciting or semi exciting thing that happened was strength and conditioning at East Central High School.I felt really sore but it was fun because I was with my cousins.Having family there made it ten times better than it could’ve been.The next thing I did was go to Oklahoma for a family reunion.I felt pretty happy because I got to reconnect with family I haven’t seen in years.While we were there, my cousins and I went to the Oklahoma National Science Museum,which was really fun.From Oklahoma we went to Houston,TX for the Texas High School Coaches Convention.I felt very famous and pampered because the hotel was SUPER BIG!!!!My dad was known by a lot of those coaches and they were very excited to meet me. 

They last thing we did was go to Seaworld.I felt really excited because I got to go with my Dad,Mom,Grandmother(Mimi),Uncle, and my little sister.We got to see a whole bunch of the shows.We rode a couple rides and went through the splash pad.We ate a lot of food.It was a lot of walking and it was super hot.There was a whole lot of people.Also humongous crowds for the Shamu show.Overall it was an amazing summer,top in my book.That was my amazing summer.
