Hello! My name is Jazzmine Govea. I’m an 8th grader at Dobie junior high. So far my year has been alright, my teachers are pretty cool and my classes are very fun but well see towards the middle of the year. One of my goals I have this year is having good grades, at least above an 85 but my grades have been looking great right now, we’ve just been taking a bunch of test recently and I’ve been doing good on them but i’m trying to study harder and pay attention.

Another goal I want to accomplish is making new friends or become more open to people so far it’s been going really well i get along with a lot of people and we just start talking that leads to become friends so far i would have to say I’ve made a lot of new friends, I’m hoping that it can change by talking to more people.

One more thing is I want to be more confident and less shy because I hate going in front of people and having all the attention on me it just gives me goosebumps and I get really nervous so far that’s been changing a lot actually, it’s making me really happy because I used to be really shy. Over all those are my goals this year and i really i hope to accomplish them.
