Clannad is popular among Dobie students

This Anime will leave you in tears as you finish Clannad and the continuation of Clannad, Clannad After Story. It was based on multiple other things, much as Manga (Japanese comic books) and a video game.
On the way to Hikarizaka High School, Tomoya Okazaki, a delinquent third-year student wishing a change to occur in his life, meets a strange girl on the hill talking to herself named Nagisa Furukawa. After that, they began to have a bond together and they both end up falling in love with each other. “The end of this anime was so sad! I cry every time I rewatch the series..” Kendall Brown, 8th grader says. “It’s a great mix of romance and supernatural, plus it’s teen-friendly.”
“I’m not really into romantic things, especially anime,” said Tamari Paige, 8th grader. “But, this Anime really got me emotionally. I now watch more Romantic Anime than before. It has a great plotline and it’s not just about Tomoya and Nagisa’s love, it has so much more to it!”
Nagisa is in her third year throughout the time she is depicted attending the Hikarizaka Private High School. She is a sweet and innocent girl, always caring for others around her and is very sensitive. Due to an illness which lasted nine months, she was forced to repeat her final year of high school; as such, she is a year older than her classmates, including Tomoya. Her poor health continues to serve as a major plot catalyst throughout Clannad.
Tomoya Okazaki is the main male protagonist of Clannad. Due to his habit of always arriving late to school, skipping classes during the day and staying out all night, he has been labeled as a delinquent (a young person who defies authority). He is the type of person who thinks deep thoughts about his life, but usually does not voice them out.
At the beginning of the series, Tomoya is a 17-year-old high school student who resents his town because of all the bad memories he experienced while living in it. Rather than falling into depression though, he becomes a sarcastic delinquent.
In the first episode, Tomoya met Nagisa while walking to school. Since then, his life changed for the better. Nagisa describes him as someone who is seemingly mean and bad-mouthed, but is actually kind-hearted.
