Gilmore Girls is about the Gilmore family but most importantly it’s about Lorelai and Rory Gilmore’s life. Lorelai Gilmore is the mother of Rory Gilmore. Lorelai’s mother is Emily Gilmore and she is married to Richard Gilmore. Gilmore Girls is “fantastic because I just think how great their mother daughter bond is”, said Justin Carr-Palmer 8th  grader.

Lorelai Gilmore is the single mother of Rory Gilmore, she got pregnant with Rory at 16 and she left home and moved to Stars Hollow. Lorelai’s dream is open her own inn in Stars Hollow. Rorys dream is to go to Harvard but she ends up going to Yale because that’s where her grandpa went to college. Lorelai works at the Independence inn with her best friend Sookie st. Jame, after the Independence inn burns down Sookie and Lorelai open their own inn called the Dragonfly inn.

Stars Hallow seems like a nice place to be , “Yes because I would want to meet them and we could go to the mall and be friends”, said  Carr-Palmer 8th grader. He said this after being asked if he would like to live in Stars Hollow. Sadly our lovely Stars Hollow is not a real place it is merely a set on the Warner Brothers studio lot. The only buildings left from Gilmore Girls series are Mrs. Patty’s dance studio and lovely Luke’s Dinner. Although there is the gazebo but they move it when they need to film other movies or T.V shows.
