My favorite show at the moment is 13 Reasons Why. This is my favorite show because ever since it came out people have been talking about it more than I can imagine. A couple months before it came out i had saw the trailer and was very excited to watch it. The day it came out all my friends were all talking about it, and finished it in like two days. After they finished it i decided to finally watch it and couldn’t stop.

One of the reasons why i like this show so much is because it shows a meaning in life and why people shouldn’t bully. Another reason why is because it shows that people can get sensitive easily and do things they don’t want to do. The last reason is, that it is a very entertaining and intense show.

The main character is Hannah Baker. Hannah Baker is a simple girl. She likes candy, hot chocolate, blue nail polish, filling out surveys, and reading and writing poetry. She’s also smart, pretty and friendly but she didn’t think that about everybody. The next maine character is Clay Jensen. Clay Jensen, a shy high school student, returns home from school one day to find that he has received a mysterious package in the mail. It contains seven double-sided cassette tapes used by Hannah Baker, a classmate who has recently committed suicide. Each tape details a reason that she killed herself. The tapes were sent to various other people before arriving at Clay’s door.

The story begins when Clay Jensen receives a package: seven audiotapes recorded by Hannah Baker, a girl he knew who recently killed herself. According to Hannah, the people on her tapes are to blame for her suicide. Clay is obviously on the tapes, but he can’t see why.

This conflict stays with him through the entire show, and will probably stay with him for the rest of his life. When Clay finally gets to his tape, Hannah reveals that she doesn’t actually blame him for her suicide. But Clay is starting to realize that even though he didn’t do anything bad to Hannah, he let rumors about her stand in the way of their relationship.

I like to watch this show when I’m doing homework, or even after because then I’ll get too distracted and not do it. For me it took at least a week or two to finish the show. While I was watching the show I would be scared about what’s gonna happen next so it would take me like a day to watch the other episode.

Morgan Johnson, 8th grader, says she really enjoys the show and can’t wait for season two. “I really liked the show it made me happy sad and mad. It made me sad because one of my favorite cast killed her herself. She didn’t deserve to die like this, and don’t think anybody should. The reason it makes me mad is because she killed herself for a stupid reason. The only reason she did is because people were bullying her or calling her names and whatever and that just makes me mad.”
